Letter of Authorization / Payment
A letter of authorization must precede each student whose fees are paid by an insurance company. Because we offer short-term classes, we require payment within 45 days unless written payment arrangements have been made with the school. If payment has not been made within 45 days, the student may be pulled from class until the account has been brought current. When the student is pulled from class there is a service registration of $100. If the student is not reinstated or formally dropped from class by the second week, a $200 service registration fee charge will be accessed. After 60 days the student will be required to start the program over at full tuition fees due and payable by the first day of class.
Hepatitis B Vaccination
Excelle College requires all students to consult a physician or health care
worker of their choice to discuss the Immunization program. Excelle College
offers the student the Hepatitis B series of vaccinations through the school.
PPD (TB tine)
Students are required to have a PPD (TB tine) this test is to check for tuberculosis that is commonly found in the lungs. If the test comes back positive then the student will be required to have a chest x-ray to determine if the virus is active. The school does not cover this procedure. Students may be referred to Public Health in San Diego or to their own physician.
Right of Refusal
If a student elects not to have any portion of the Hepatitis B injections and /or Tuberculosis test, they will be required, by the school, to sign a form releasing Excelle College from liability derived from their right of refusal.
Transfer of Credits
Courses taken at Excelle College are not automatically transferable to another institution. The receiving institution controls transfer of credits and accreditation does not guarantee acceptance.
Credit for Previous Training

The student will be evaluated by the instructor to determine placement in class. Each student will be determined on an individual basis.
